SUMMARY: The Senior Advisor supports leaders on strategy, business development, and operational enablement priorities related to independent pharmacy. As a member of the Office of Independent Pharmacy Affairs, this role partners cross-functionally across Evernorth and the enterprise to drive alignment, governance, and execution of initiatives that impact independent pharmacy providers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Independent Pharmacy Affairs, the Senior Advisor operates with a high degree of autonomy, advising leadership, owning critical workstreams end-to-end, and influencing without direct authority while translating stakeholder needs into clear processes, measurable outcomes, and data-driven narratives that inform decisions.…
