About this role

As a District Manager, you must have strong leadership skills, be self-motivated, and able recruit, train, and retain team of highly capable Store Managers. You must also be organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is important that you display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as the ability to motivate your team to exceed customer expectations. Specific qualifications for the role include: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
