About this role

The KYC & Site Operations Analyst based in Charlotte, NC is a critical hybrid role responsible for supporting the Know Your Client (KYC) operations Modernization agenda, while simultaneously coordinating and managing site-related activities. The Site Operations Lead serves as the operational and cultural hub of the Charlotte campus, ensuring a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace experience. This role supports daily site operations, facilities and vendor partnerships, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives.
