Team/Role Overview Citi's HR team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and non-technology projects within our Workforce Intelligence & Talent Acquisition function — driving measurable outcomes across all stages of the project lifecycle. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of project governance, stakeholder management, and people leadership, shaping how large-scale initiatives are planned, executed, and closed across a globally connected organisation.
