About this role

Actual Title: A/E Specialist SUMMARY OF POSITION CBES is seeking an A&E Specialist with a strong background in preconstruction; architectural and engineering (A&E) plan review to support the successful execution of retail construction projects. This role is primarily responsible for managing the A&E plan review process and tracking construction documents through all phases of development. It also oversees the pre-planning due diligence walkthroughs for remodels, takeovers, and expansion projects, ensuring all findings are communicated to internal teams and external design partners. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of preconstruction building plans for retail, while helping to control project changes and costs.…
