About this role

Job Description: The Technology Systems Support Analyst will play a critical role in providing backend support and ensuring the seamless operation of our core technology systems, including our electronic health record (EHR) platform, internal customer relationship management (CRM) system, scheduling platform, and other technology tools that support our business objectives. As a key member of our extended team, the Technology Systems Support Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation within our operations.
