Answers telephones and relays information found on the MapWorks system and as-built drawings to other departments, contractors, and the general public. Dispatches stopped sewers complaints to appropriate crews. Composes memorandums, letters, et cetera and orders supplies. Revises and develops forms, reports, and spreadsheets.…
