As a District Manager, you must have strong leadership skills, be self-motivated, and able recruit, train, and retain team of highly capable Store Managers. You must also be organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is important that you display exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as well as the ability to motivate your team to exceed customer expectations.
