Pensum: 80% - 100% Aufgrund der internen Weiterentwicklung des aktuellen Stelleninhabers wird diese spannende Position als Leiter/in Geschäftsstelle Elektro in Horw neu besetzt. Die Rolle bietet Gestaltungsspielraum und die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen. Das kannst du gestalten Du führst ein engagiertes Team von rund 20 Mitarbeitenden inklusive Lernende und förderst mit Weitblick, Teamgeist und technischer Kompetenz ein nachhaltiges Wachstum. Du gewinnst neue Aufträge, betreust deine Kundschaft persönlich und planst sowie realisierst Elektroinstallationen.
