About Our client who is a Fortune 500 Pharmaceuticals company is looking for a Senior Recruiter. Identify and share recruitment best practices. Maintain current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements. • Interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience & requirements, education and training, knowledge/skills/abilities and other data pertinent in classification and selection for a wide variety of positions. • Gathers candidate feedback from interview teams and assists in leading the final assessment and selection process. • Develops salary recommendations, inclusive of, when appropriate, sign-on bonuses, relocation, long term incentive programs, and annual bonus.…
