About this role
Our client is one of the largest construction companies within the UK with internationally-renowned experience in the successful delivery of technically demanding, multi-disciplinary and logistically complex projects. To support their growing business they are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Central Belt of Scotland with significant build/construction experience. Experience of projects in the range of £1 million to £40 million is desirable but of more importance is solid knowledge and experience of the various forms of contract e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC You will take the project lead and provide commercial expertise in the delivery of the contract.…
