We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative Junior Technical Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our engineering team and our internal stakeholders—specifically Operations, Customer Success, and Sales.
This position is laser-focused on internal enablement. You will be responsible for triaging technical requests, managing production support escalations, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation.
