Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The HR Benefits Specialist supports the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs. This position assists employees with benefits questions and enrollment needs, maintains accurate benefit records, supports employee communications and educational initiatives, and assists with routine reporting, reconciliation, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
