Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: This position is an essential role of the lease transactions team at the Business Services Center (BSC) for our Americas and Airports Segments. The Lease Accountant will need to: abstract, interpret, and analyze information on leases, amendments, assignments, and other legal documents in accordance with departmental procedures. This role will need to be able to determine appropriate various calculation methods for charges, general ledger posting and submit work product for approvals as required by department policy and the ability to work independently.…
