About this role

What The Role Is Clearway’s Portfolio Finance team is a key contributor on both the development and operating sides of the business, covering both transactions during the construction and operations phases. The Portfolio Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the investor funding process for Clearway’s utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects. In addition, the Portfolio Finance Analyst will be highly involved in certain asset optimization transactions, including, but not limited to, refinancings, acquisitions of investor interests, “as is” valuations, and other forms of restructurings.
