About this role

What The Role Is This position reports to the Plant Manager and has primary responsibility for the VP/Arica assets located in Desert Center, CA. What You'll Be Doing Monitor and enforce safe work practices as they relate to PV Solar plants and PV Solar BOP repairs and maintenance. Primary responsibility: responsible to maintain sites availability at the highest state of operability, meeting contractual obligations, and budget Manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the PV industry, with an emphasis on safety, planning/scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance. Monitor and report on manufacture and third-party maintenance and repair efforts Supervise/conduct/assist in trouble shooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical systems.…
