About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE This is not a classic operations internship. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage operations — but systematically automates them away. You'll own real parts of the business from day one: no slide decks, no shadow work, no coffee runs. If something is broken, you fix it. If something is manual, you eliminate it. You'll report directly to a founder and work at the intersection of healthtech, automation, and multi-stakeholder operations in a fast-moving early-stage environment. This role starts as a 3–6 month paid internship with a clear path to convert into a full-time Operations role.
