About this role
Clyde & Co US LLP seeks an associate to join our growing Seattle office. This practice covers a wide range of liability and insurance challenges in matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, UIM defense, premises liability, trucking/transportation claims and employment and property disputes. Responsibilities: In this role you will: Take depositions, attending hearings, and mediations as required. Draft and submit pleadings, motions and briefs. Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients. Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis. Draft discovery requests and discovery responses. Review and analyze documents and materials for production. Actively investigate claims and prepare case handling strategies.…
