The Team The defence of disease claims is one of Clyde & Co's specialist areas. Our dedicated Disease practice handles thousands of claims annually and works with major insurers, multinational organisations, public sector bodies and self-insured clients. We combine technical excellence with deep sector knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes across a broad range of complex and high-profile matters. Our Newcastle team has particular expertise in asbestos-related claims and occupational disease litigation, working closely with colleagues across the UK on some of the most challenging and significant claims in the market.…
