The NPI team has a very broad range of work with the professional, financial and management liability space, including but not limited to solicitors; accountants; IFAs, wealth-managers, pensions administrators and financial institutions; major insurance broking houses; surveyors; architects; D&O; and miscellaneous professions. The core of the NPI team’s work is acting for professionals and their insurers in the defence of civil liability claims against them, as well as on regulatory/disciplinary matters and coverage.…
