Help us create smarter customer journeys and more efficient ways of working. CMC Markets is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the continued development of our Pega CRM platform. You’ll translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and help deliver customer-centric solutions across customer onboarding, customer servicing, financial crime and operational workflows. Working within Agile delivery squads, you’ll collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Developers, QA and operational teams to improve processes, enhance customer experience and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
