About this role

Key responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Faxroom. Operating office equipment, including printing, scanning and photocopying. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure an efficient document flow. Liaising with suppliers and coordinating office orders. Preparing meeting and conference rooms for internal and external meetings. Providing general administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office. What we are looking for: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and office equipment. Good command of English (minimum B1 level). Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively plan and prioritise work.…
