The Director, Digital Operations serves as the primary liaison between CNI Manufacturing and Corporate IT, ensuring technology solutions support operational excellence while aligning with enterprise standards for security, infrastructure, and governance. This role is responsible not only for leading manufacturing technology initiatives, but also for establishing the documentation, architecture, and operational knowledge necessary to support a reliable and scalable manufacturing technology environment.
