Civil Superintendent The Superintendent leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and the craft workforce. This leadership position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site on an assigned project, executing field operations safely and in a manner consistent with Company objectives. This role is based out of Sudbury, Ontario and does offer a fly in fly out option for any candidates who are eligible. What You Will Be Working On Provide safety leadership through implementation of Bird Safety Program and monitoring of safety performance of craft workforce, field staff and subcontractors. Provide people leadership through establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the entire site team in order to promote positive morale.…
