About this role
Construction Innovation Coordinator Bird is seeking a Construction Innovation Implementation Coordinator to support the practical implementation of work packaging, planning, digital workflows, and construction innovation initiatives across its data centre portfolio. This project-facing role will work directly with project managers, construction managers, superintendents, forepersons, Workface Planners, Project Controls, engineering, procurement, quality, safety, document control, and subcontractors. The initial focus will be implementing Advanced Work Packaging and Workface Planning on active projects, including scope identification, package development, readiness, release, execution support, and continuous improvement.
