Job Description Summary: As a Consultant, Global Total Rewards Administration, you will be responsible for supporting the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of global total rewards processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of compensation, share plans, benefits, and recognition programs across the Total Rewards (TR) organization.
