Job Description Summary: Leads the planning, execution, governance, and financial control of site-level CAPEX projects for CPS Puerto Rico, excluding strategic capital projects. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within approved scope and budget, and in compliance with Company standards, regulatory requirements, environmental expectations, and internal controls.
