Job Description Summary: Position Overview: To supervise all activities required to achieve all business goals, including retail sales objectives, guest service, payroll, guest recovery, inventory management and merchandise presentation. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Help Drive all aspects of store level sales and profitability. Assist in recruiting, selecting, and training a team of qualified, dedicated and professional store associates based on established core competencies.
