About this role
CodeNinja's marketing team runs multiple concurrent campaigns in both national and international markets, and we are looking to augment our distribution by hiring an on-camera presence: someone who can turn product and solution narratives into short-form video that people actually watch. This is a net-new role created specifically to address the growing needs in the market and across distribution channels. Requirements What You'll do: Be the on-camera face for short-form video — product walkthroughs, solution explainers, sprint recaps, and quick-take videos for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X. Turn existing long-form assets (blog posts, whitepapers, thesis docs, sprint briefs) into scripts for 45-90 second videos you won't start from a blank page most weeks.…
