About this role
We’re looking for Applied Scientists to turn raw data across Coframe-managed surfaces into decisions, measurable lift and insights. This role sits at the intersection of reinforcement learning, experimentation and ranking/personalization.
Your strategies and models will generate lift (though revenue for customers) without any humans in the loop.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- built production machine learning systems end to end
- strong statistics fundamentals and practical judgment with real-world data
- experience with ranking, optimization, personalization, bandits, or recommendation systems
- great communication skills to explain complex technical problems and solutions to the rest of the team and to understand the real need and pain of the business we serve.…
