POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager oversees every detail of estimating costs and resources required to bid on and win residential and commercial construction contracts and provides the necessary support throughout the project life cycle to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. The Project Manager is also responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with each of Elite Pipeline's customers to understand their preferences and requirements, enabling successful scoping, pricing, winning, and delivering profitable work. In addition to scoping, pricing, and bidding projects, the Project Manager is expected to be the main point of contact for all matters related to a project once a project is awarded, both internally and externally.…
