Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Safety & Safeguarding Maintain a safe and secure learning environment at all times, both indoors and outdoors. Be familiar with and adhere to Type II state regulations, school policies, emergency procedures, and safeguarding guidelines. Report all observations and incidents (e.g., accidents, behavioral concerns, safety issues) to appropriate staff promptly. Supervise children closely in all settings including the classroom, playground, field trips, and transitions. Maintain classroom equipment, materials, and records (e.g., sanitizing tables, managing sign-in/out logs) to meet health and safety standards.
