Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy approval to onboarding. Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates. Prepare employment offers, contracts and onboarding documentation. Support safer recruitment processes, including reference and background checks. Coordinate induction for new employees. 2. HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and HR systems. Prepare employment letters and contract amendments. Process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, contract renewals and leavers. Maintain employee personnel files. Support probation and contract renewal processes. 3.
