Job Description Primary Duties Recruitment and Retention Coordinate presentations and provide information on program requirements to target school principals, counselors, teachers, students and parents to actively recruit and retain participants for the program. Recruitment and retention strategies also include delivering presentations during Program Orientations and to other external grant partners, community organizations, and other groups as needed to ensure the grant-specified number of students served is met.
