Job Description Position Summary The Business Operations Technician – HR acts as the front-line for customer service and provides front desk coverage as their primary job responsibility. They also work closely with the HR Coordinator to facilitate MIP’s HR functions that support the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition through offboarding. Due to MIP’s $25M+ research portfolio, the Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Pathology has approximately 600 employees at any time with continuous hiring and offboarding as research projects begin and end.
