HR Partner - Employee Relations/Performance Manage

Job Description Position Summary: The CVMBS Human Resources Partner (HRP), as a member of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) Human Resources team, advises on, facilitates and provides expertise for HR professional services in employee relations and performance management. The HRP will partner with other CVMBS HR team members, CVMBS leaders/managers, as well as university human resources, office of civil rights, talent development, ombuds, inclusive excellence, and other university offices to carry out employee relations support and performance management responsibilities.
