Job Description Position Summary: The Residential Dining Services Nutrition Programs Coordinator is responsible for providing guidance and expertise as a Registered Dietitian to create and implement nutrition-related programs for Housing & Dining Services. These programs include nutrition promotion, individual counseling services to students, and menu consultation to broaden access for those with allergens and special dietary needs. The position develops and executes nutrition programming, provides nutrition counseling, and conducts menu analysis and consultation. The position serves as a liaison with university departments and campus partners for food, nutrition, and wellness-related programs and services.
