Experienced Site Manager – New Build Company: Colten Developments Ltd Location: Bursledon, Hampshire (site-based) Hours: 42.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive + car allowance + 25 days annual leave + public holidays Colten Developments Ltd is looking for a driven, highly organised Site Manager to take full responsibility for our new care home development in Bursledon, Hampshire, with further projects to follow. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with strong experience in managing care home or residential new builds from start to finish.
