About the Role: Procures, engages, and reviews complex and non-complex commercial valuation products delivered to the bank to ensure compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, IAEG, and Columbia Bank policy. Communicates with partnering lines of business to address appraisal or collateral risk issues. Works closely with management to increase staff competency in all aspects of commercial appraisal. Assists in the mentoring of junior level staff. Provides subject matter expertise to address escalations and/or reconsiderations of appraisal concerns.
