POSITION OVERVIEW : The Central Utility Plant (CUP) Field Service Manager is responsible for leading all field activities associated with large-scale modular utility plant projects supporting hyperscale data center campuses. This role provides technical leadership, project oversight, resource planning, quality assurance, customer coordination, and operational support from factory acceptance through site startup, integrated systems testing, and final customer acceptance.
