About this role

We are looking for a part time Customer Banking Specialist to work in our Lake Grace Multi-Channel branch! We have two part time rosters for this role we can support: Roster 1 (26 hours/week) Monday, Thursday and Friday: 9.15am – 5.00pm Tuesday and Wednesday: 9.15am – 1.15pm OR Roster 2 (14 hours/week) Monday and Wednesday: 9.15am - 5.00pm What is a Multi-Channel Branch? Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
