Exciting opportunity to work at our Lake Grace branch as a Customer Banking Specialist! We have three rosters we can support for this role: Roster 1 (26 hours/week) Monday, Thursday and Friday: 9.15am – 5.00pm Tuesday and Wednesday: 9.15am – 1.15pm Roster 2 (14 hours/week) Monday and Wednesday: 9.15am - 5.00pm Roster 3 (Full time - 38 hours/week) Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.51pm What is a Multi-Channel Branch? Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. Monday and Wednesday: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.…
