The Director Operations is a strategic partner to the Assistant Vice President of Operations and other members of the Leadership team, leading day-to-day distribution center operations and driving operational excellence across inventory management, logistics, compliance and continuous improvement activities focused on food flow to our partners. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant operations that support CFBNJ’s strategic plan.
