ContinueCARE Hospital is looking for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) who will provide the day-to-day operations of the clinical services at our ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah in Paducah, KY. ContinueCARE Hospital is a 37-bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) located on the fifth floor of our host hospital, Baptist Health Paducah. Under the direct supervision of the CEO, the CNO is responsible for providing, managing, and supervising the clinical staff, ensuring that the competency, numbers, and staff levels are appropriate to meet the immediate and complex needs of patients.
