About this role
This FTE hiring will bring an opportunity to improve productivity of current high claims volume, and it will give our customers a satisfactory experience when the turn-around time is shortened. And especially, when Claims in-house goes live, numbers of claims cases will be handled by Manulife, not TPA Insmart anymore. Position Responsibilities: Perform Data Entry for claim cases Scan documents for non-digital cases Handling email box from customers for additional documents Handling sending back original documents to customers Other assigned tasks from Leader Required Qualifications: Graduated from University Able to use Office tools smoothly Able to adapt to new changes of process and system.…
