About this role
We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to process and manage both financial and non‑financial transactions supporting Canadian Group Benefits. Position Responsibilities: Process and analyze transactions in alignment with the Service Level Agreements set with the Business Unit. Attain mastery of Business Unit policies governing the transactions handled. Report all system issues that may affect operational performance.
