About this role
The Fulfillment Officer is primarily responsible for verification of documents of residential mortgage applications from new loan inception to instructions to lawyers and notaries. In addition to preparing and processing all mortgage-related transactions and documents, this position requires a high degree of efficiency and organization. Primary Responsibilities Review documents submitted by the Mortgage Specialist to ensure the file is in good order and all conditions have been met.
