Senior Manager, Supervision

The Opportunity: The Director, Supervision is a frontline supervision role responsible for daily compliance reviews for Manulife Private Wealth (MPW) advisors registered with the Canadian securities commissions. The role is responsible for designing and implementing an effective and efficient compliance supervision framework to protect clients, MPW Investment Counsellors and MPW. The incumbent will execute complex reviews, manage escalations, and work with Compliance to provide training and guidance to advisors and other MPW staff as needed. The Director, Supervision will partner closely with Line 2 Compliance to ensure adherence to securities regulations and internal policies. This is a hybrid role three days a week in the office.…
