About this role

Chceš mít reálný vliv na to, jak funguje vývojový tým a jak vzniká software, který se používá po celém světě? V Compelsonu vyvíjíme forenzní software, který pomáhá bezpečnostním složkám při vyšetřování závažné kriminality. Hledáme Scrum Mastera , který pomůže našemu vývojovému týmu fungovat efektivněji a posune způsob, jakým vzniká náš software. Tvoje role: Vedení Scrum procesu: Budeš zodpovědný za fungování Scrumu – od vedení ceremonií po jejich smysluplné nastavení. Podpora týmu a team leada: Pomůžeš odlehčit team leadovi v oblasti organizace práce a fungování týmu Odstraňování překážek: Budeš aktivně řešit problémy, které brzdí delivery (organizační i technické). Zlepšování procesů: Budeš hledat, co nefunguje, a pomáhat to měnit.…
