JOB SUMMARY The Blast Operator will work in the area of machine blast operations, which is accomplished by forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material through a nozzle and onto the surface of a component.  Blasting is often required to remove surface contaminants to prepare parts for repairs and paint.    As a blast operator, you will work alongside experienced team members and gain the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in your career.
